5. Configuração

5.1. Instalação da bateria

1. Localize a tampa do compartimento da bateria na parte traseira do medidor.
2. Deslize ou desenrosque a tampa para abrir o compartimento.
3. Insira 3 pilhas AAA, certificando-se da polaridade correta (+/-).
4. Recoloque a tampa do compartimento da bateria com segurança.

5.2. Connecting the pH Probe

1. Carefully remove the protective cap from the pH electrode probe.
2. Connect the BNC connector of the pH probe to the corresponding port on the top of the meter unit. Twist gently until it is secure.
3. Ensure the connection is firm to prevent signal interference.

6. Operação

6.1. Ligar / desligar

• Para ligar o medidor, pressione o ON botão.
• To power off the meter, press the DESLIGADO botão.

6.2. Fazendo uma medição

1. Ensure the meter is powered on and the probe is connected.
2. Rinse the pH electrode with distilled water before each measurement.
3. Mergulhe o eletrodo de pH no sample solution, ensuring the bulb is fully submerged.
4. Gently stir the solution and wait for the reading on the LCD display to stabilize.
5. Record the stable pH value.

6.3. Using the HOLD Function

• Durante uma medição, pressione o SEGURAR Botão para congelar a leitura atual no visor.
• Pressione o SEGURAR Pressione o botão novamente para liberar a leitura e retornar à medição em tempo real.

2. Rinse the pH electrode with distilled water.
3. Immerse the electrode into the first buffer solution (e.g., pH 7.00).
4. Follow the meter's calibration mode instructions (usually involving pressing a CAL button and adjusting the reading to match the buffer value).
