Configurar

Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the scale. Open the cover and insert the 4 AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the battery compartment cover securely.

To take a measurement, simply step onto the scale with bare, dry feet. Ensure your feet are positioned on the ITO conductive areas (the metallic-looking strips or transparent coating). • For accurate body composition readings, ensure your feet are clean and dry.
• Stand still on the scale until all readings are displayed.
• Consistency is key: weigh yourself at the same time each day, preferably in the morning before breakfast and after using the restroom.
