5. Configuração

5.1. Instalação da bateria

The CMS50D2 Pulse Oximeter requires two AAA batteries for operation. Ensure correct polarity when inserting the batteries.

1. Abra a tampa do compartimento da bateria localizada na parte traseira do dispositivo.
2. Insert two AAA batteries according to the polarity indicators (+ and -) inside the compartment.
3. Feche bem a tampa do compartimento da bateria.

6. Instruções de operação

Follow these steps to obtain accurate readings:

1. Certifique-se de que as baterias estejam instaladas corretamente.
2. Abra o clamp do oxímetro.
3. Insert one of your fingers (preferably the index, middle, or ring finger) into the rubber opening of the oximeter, ensuring the nail surface is facing upwards towards the display.
4. Solte o clamp, allowing the oximeter to securely hold your finger.
5. Pressione o botão liga/desliga na parte superior do dispositivo para ligá-lo.
6. Keep your hand still during the measurement. Do not shake your finger.
7. The readings for SpO2 and pulse rate will appear on the display within a few seconds.
8. To change the display orientation or brightness, briefly press the power button while the device is on.
9. The device will automatically power off after 5 seconds of inactivity or if the finger is removed.

Limpe a superfície do oxímetro antes e depois de cada utilização. Utilize um pano macio.ampened with medical alcohol (70% ethanol or isopropanol) to wipe the surface. Do not immerse the device in liquid.

8.2. Armazenamento

Guarde o dispositivo em local fresco e seco, longe da luz solar direta e de temperaturas extremas. Se o dispositivo não for utilizado por um longo período, remova as pilhas para evitar vazamentos.
