4. Instruções de configuração

3. Auto-Preserve: Close and lock the hinged lid. Select the appropriate food category preset on the operational display panel. The smart preserve technology will automatically adjust to temperature, altitude, and time for precise processing. The system will signal when the canning cycle is complete.

5.2. After Canning

• Once the cycle is complete, carefully unlock and open the lid, directing steam away from your face.
• Using the jar lifter, carefully remove the hot jars and place them on a towel-lined surface, allowing space between jars for air circulation.
• Allow jars to cool undisturbed for 12-24 hours. Do not tighten bands or check seals until jars are completely cool.
• Check seals: Press the center of each lid. If it does not flex, the jar is sealed. Remove bands, wipe jars, label, and store in a cool, dark place.
