2.2. Instalação da bateria

The CATIGA CS-183 requires two CR2 batteries for operation. If the display is dim or blank, replace the batteries following these steps:

1. Ensure the calculator is powered off.
2. Localize o compartimento da bateria na parte traseira da calculadora.
3. Usando uma pequena chave de fenda, remova cuidadosamente o parafuso que prende a tampa da bateria.
4. Remova a tampa da bateria.
5. Insert two new CR2 batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.

4.1. Cálculos básicos

• Operaçoes aritimeticas: Usar [+], [-], [x], [/] for addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Press [=] to get the result.
• Percentualtagé: Input the number, then [x], a porcentagemtage value, and [%].
• Frações: Use o [d/c] or [a b/c] key to input and convert fractions.
• Parênteses: Usar [(] e [)] to define calculation order. The calculator supports up to 24 levels of parentheses.

4.2. Scientific Functions

Access scientific functions by pressing the function key directly or by pressing [MUDANÇA] followed by the desired function key (indicated above the key).
