Configuração e instalação

The PHYSEN Wireless Door Bell is designed for quick and easy setup. Follow these steps to get your system operational.

Instalação do transmissor:

The remote transmitters can be installed using either the provided double-sided adhesive tape or screws.

1. Prepare a superfície: Clean the desired installation area on your door frame or wall to ensure it is free of dust and debris.

   • Peel off one side of the double-sided adhesive tape and firmly attach it to the back of the transmitter.
   • Peel off the other side of the tape and press the transmitter firmly onto the cleaned surface for at least 30 seconds.
3. Screw-in Installation:
   • Mark the desired screw positions on the wall using the transmitter as a template.
   • Drill pilot holes if necessary and insert the provided anchors.
   • Secure the transmitter to the wall using the screws.

Simply plug the receiver into any standard 120V (AC) electrical outlet indoors. Ensure it is placed in a central location or an area where the chime can be easily heard.

Emparelhando a campainha:

To pair the doorbell transmitter with the receiver, follow these steps:

1. Plug the receiver into a socket.
2. Press the 'Down' and 'Volume' buttons on the receiver simultaneously for 5-7 seconds until you hear a 'ding' sound and the blue LED light flashes, indicating pairing mode.
3. Immediately press the push button on the transmitter. The receiver will ring and flash, confirming successful pairing.

Adding More Receivers:

If you have additional receivers, you can easily pair them to your existing transmitters.

Once installed and paired, operating your PHYSEN Wireless Door Bell is straightforward.

Selecionando toques:

The receiver offers 58 different ringtones. To cycle through them:

• Plug the receiver into a socket.
• Press the 'Up' or 'Down' button on the receiver to preview the available ringtones.
• Once you find your preferred ringtone, it will be automatically saved due to the memory function.

Ajustando o volume:

The receiver has 5 adjustable volume levels, from mute (0 dB) to 110 dB. To adjust the volume:

• Press the 'Volume' button on the side of the receiver to cycle through the 5 levels.
• The LED strobe will flash with each volume adjustment.

Wireless Range and Coverage:

The system boasts a wireless range of over 1300 feet (400 meters) in open air, ensuring reliable signal transmission throughout your home or property. The signal can penetrate multiple walls, allowing for flexible placement of receivers.

Manutenção

Design impermeável:

The remote transmitters are designed with an IP55 waterproof rating, making them suitable for outdoor use in various weather conditions, including rain and snow. While durable, avoid submerging the transmitters in water.

Substituição da bateria:

The remote transmitters are powered by an A23 12V battery, which typically has a lifespan of up to 3 years. When the transmitter's performance degrades or stops working, it's time to replace the battery. Use a small screwdriver to open the battery compartment, replace the old battery with a new A23 12V battery, and securely close the compartment.

Solução de problemas

If you encounter any issues with your PHYSEN Wireless Door Bell, please refer to the following common solutions:

• Sem som no receptor:

  • Check the volume level; it might be set to mute (0 dB). Adjust the volume using the 'Volume' button.

  • Check the battery in the transmitter. Replace it with a new A23 12V battery if necessary.
  • Ensure the transmitter is within the effective wireless range of the receiver. Obstructions like thick walls or metal structures can reduce range.

  If the doorbell rings unexpectedly or experiences intermittent issues, it might be due to electromagnetic interference from other wireless devices. Try relocating the receiver or transmitter to a different position.
