3. Configuração

1. Desembalagem: Carefully remove the calculator from its packaging.
2. Inicialização do sistema: Pressione o LIGADO/CA button to turn on the calculator. The display should show "0".
3. Fonte de energia: The calculator is equipped with both solar and battery power. Ensure the solar panel is exposed to light for optimal performance. The pre-installed LR44 battery provides backup power in low-light conditions.

5. Manutenção

5.1 Substituição da bateria

The calculator uses one LR44 (1.5V) battery. If the display becomes dim or blurry, it indicates low battery power. You can continue to use solar energy or replace the battery.

1. Loosen the screw on the back cover of the calculator.
2. Remova cuidadosamente a tampa traseira.
3. Use a small screwdriver or similar tool to gently push out the old battery. Note the polarity (+/-) of the old battery.
4. Insert the new LR44 battery with the correct polarity.
5. Replace the back cover and tighten the screw. Do not overtighten.

After replacing the battery, allow approximately 5-10 minutes for the calculator to fully reset and function optimally.
