Configurar

1. Carregue a bateria: The BirdyCam features a built-in lithium battery and a double solar panel for continuous power. For initial use or after prolonged storage, it is recommended to fully charge the device via the provided USB cable. Connect the USB cable to the camera's port and a suitable power source.
2. Insira o cartão SD: Locate the SD card slot (typically near the camera controls). Insert a compatible SD card (not included) for storing photos and videos. Ensure it is inserted correctly until it clicks into place.
3. Montagem: Choose a suitable location in your garden, ensuring good sunlight exposure for the solar panels and a clear view of the area you wish to monitor. Use the provided mounting supports (strap, pole mount, or mount adaptor) to securely attach the BirdyCam. Ensure it is stable and out of reach of potential predators.
4. Fill with Food and Water: Open the feeder compartments. Fill the main compartment with appropriate birdseed. Attach the water sink and nectar feeder if desired, and fill them with fresh water or nectar solution.

The BirdyCam is designed for automatic operation. Once set up, it will detect motion and capture media.

Manutenção

• Cleaning the Feeder: Regularly clean the food and water compartments to prevent mold and bacterial growth, which can be harmful to birds. Use mild soap and water, rinse thoroughly, and ensure it is completely dry before refilling.
