Configurar

Follow these steps to set up your Betta SE Plus:

  1. Place the Betta SE Plus in your pool with a minimum of 3.5 inches of water.

It cleans day and night, ensuring debris is removed even in cloudy or rainy conditions with the backup adapter charging. Note: This unit is designed for surface cleaning only and does not clean the pool bottom.

  • Cesta de detritos: The unit is equipped with a large fine-mesh debris basket (200 um) for efficient removal of leaves, dust, pollen, insects, and pet hair. Empty the debris basket regularly using the convenient top handle when full.

Solução de problemas

Common issues and their solutions for the Betta SE Plus.

  • Unit getting stuck at pool skimmer or obstacles:
    • Reduce or turn off pool skimmer suction.
    • Ensure approximately half of the foam noodle (if used) protrudes outside of the port.
    • If using with underwater robotic pool cleaners, keep the hose on the edge of the pool when not in use or remove it to prevent tangling.
  • Short run time in fall and winter:

    During fall and winter months, short run time is typically due to insufficient direct sunlight on the solar panel. Remove Betta from the pool and position the solar panel directly toward the sun, ensuring the switch remains in the ON position. Alternatively, use the AC adapter to charge the unit.
