1. Introdução

This manual provides instructions for the proper setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your VEVOR Industrial Counting Scale, Model JCS-C. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the scale to ensure safe and efficient operation.

4. Configuração

1. Desembalagem: Remova cuidadosamente todos os componentes da embalagem.
2. Colocação: Place the scale on a firm, level, and stable surface. Ensure there are no vibrations or drafts that could affect accuracy.
3. Assemble Weighing Pan:
   • Attach the upper support to the scale base.
   • Place the stainless steel weighing pan onto the upper support. Ensure it sits securely and does not wobble.

5. Instruções de operação

5.1 Pesagem Básica

1. Turn on the scale using the power switch.
2. Wait for the display to show "0.0" or "0.00" and stabilize.
3. Place the item(s) to be weighed onto the center of the weighing pan.

5.2 Função Tara

5.3 Conversão de Unidades

The scale supports multiple weighing units: grams (g), kilograms (kg), pounds (lb), ounces (oz), and carats (ct).

1. With an item on the pan or the display at zero, press the UNIDADE botão.
2. Each press will cycle through the available units (g → kg → lb → oz → ct).
3. The selected unit will be indicated on the LED display.

5.4 Função de Contagem (PCS)

The counting function allows you to count a large number of identical items based on a sample peso.

1. Coloque comoampa quantidade de itens (por exemplo, 10, 20, 50, 100 peças) no prato da balança.
2. Pressione e segure o PCs button until the display shows a number (e.g., "10", "20", "50", "100").
3. Pressione o UNIDADE botão para selecionar o sample quantity that matches the number of items you placed on the pan.
4. Imprensa PCs again to confirm the sample. The display will now show the count of the sampeu.
5. Add more items of the same type to the pan. The display will show the total count of items.
6. Para sair do modo de contagem, pressione o PCs botão novamente.

6. Calibração

The VEVOR JCS-C scale features a manual calibration mode to ensure consistent accuracy. Calibration should be performed periodically or if you suspect inaccurate readings.

1. Ensure the scale is on a stable surface and the weighing pan is empty.
2. Ligue a balança.
3. Pressione e segure o CAL button until the display shows "CAL".
4. The display will then show a flashing weight value (e.g., "5000g" or "10000g"), indicating the required calibration weight.
5. Place the exact specified calibration weight onto the center of the weighing pan.
6. Wait for the display to stabilize and show "PASS" or return to normal weighing mode with the calibration weight displayed.
7. Remova o peso de calibração. A balança agora está calibrada.

8. Manutenção

• Limpeza: Wipe the scale body with a soft, damp cloth. For the stainless steel weighing pan, use a mild detergent if necessary. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the scale in water.
• Armazenar: Quando não estiver em uso por longos períodos, guarde a balança em local seco e fresco, longe da luz solar direta e de temperaturas extremas.
• Cuidados com a bateria: If storing for a long time, ensure the battery is partially charged (around 50%) to prolong its lifespan. Recharge every few months if not in use.
