1. Introdução

This user manual provides detailed instructions for the E-FAST 12V/24V Intelligent Battery Charger (Model: TK-1200). This versatile 7-stage smart charger is designed for fast charging and maintaining various 12V and 24V batteries, including lead-acid (flooded, gel, AGM, SLA, GEL) and LiFePO4 batteries. It features advanced charging protections, temperature adaptive modes, and a user-friendly display.

2. Instruções de segurança

3. Configuração

1. Desembalagem: Carefully remove the E-FAST charger and all accessories from the packaging. Inspect for any damage.
2. Gerenciamento de cabos: The portable car battery charger features clips on both sides to store the power cord and battery clamps neatly.
3. Colocação: Place the charger on a stable, flat surface. The foldable support feet can be extended for optimal viewing angle. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
4. Conexão de energia: Connect the AC power plug to a standard 100-240V AC outlet.

4. Instruções de operação

1. Conectar à bateria:
   • Conecte o vermelho (+) clamp ao terminal positivo da bateria.
   • Conecte o preto (-) clamp ao terminal negativo da bateria.
   • Garanta uma conexão segura.
2. Selecione o modo de carregamento:

   The charger features a bright LED display and a mode selection button. Press the mode button to cycle through the available charging modes:

   • CAR Mode: For 12V/24V lead-acid automotive batteries (flooded, gel, AGM, SLA, GEL).
   • Modo LiFePO4: Specifically for lithium LiFePO4 batteries.
   • MOTO Mode: For motorcycle batteries.
   • Modo REPARO: For battery rejuvenation (desulfation). Note: This mode is primarily for lead-acid batteries and cannot activate dead batteries.

3. Compensação automática de temperatura: O carregador ajusta automaticamente o vol de cargatage com base na temperatura ambiente.
   • Modo inverno: Automatically increases charging voltage in cold conditions for a more complete charge.
   • Modo verão: Lowers charging voltage in hot conditions to prevent overcharging.
4. Processo de carregamento: The charger employs a 7-stage smart charging process to precisely and gently optimize battery power. The display will show charging progress (e.g., 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%) and real-time information such as internal temperature, charge voltage, and charge current.
5. Conclusão: Once the battery is fully charged, the display will indicate "FULL" or 100%. The charger will automatically switch to maintenance mode to prevent overcharging.

5. Manutenção

• Limpeza: Regularly wipe the charger's exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Armazenar: When not in use, store the charger in a cool, dry place. Utilize the integrated cable clips for tidy storage.
• Ventilação: Ensure the large silent fans are free from obstructions to allow for proper heat dissipation.
