The Whirlpool 20-Pint Portable Dehumidifier is designed to efficiently remove excess moisture from indoor spaces up to 1,500 square feet, helping to improve air quality and comfort.

3. Configuração e instalação
3.1 Desembalagem
Retire cuidadosamente o desumidificador da embalagem. Guarde os materiais da embalagem para armazenamento ou transporte futuros.
3.2 Instalação de Rodízios
The dehumidifier includes four caster wheels for easy mobility. Insert each wheel into the designated slots on the bottom of the unit until it clicks securely into place.
3.3 Posicionamento
Place the dehumidifier on a firm, level surface in an area where the temperature will not fall below 41°F (5°C) or rise above 90°F (32°C). Ensure there is at least 8 inches (20 cm) of space around the unit for proper air circulation.

3.4 Conexão de Energia
Ligue o cabo de alimentação a uma tomada elétrica aterrada de 115 V CA, 60 Hz. Não utilize uma extensão.
4. Instruções de operação
4.1 Painel de controle
The control panel features an LED display and various buttons for setting the desired humidity level, fan speed, and timer functions.

4.2 Ajustando a Umidade Desejada
- Pressione o Poder botão para ligar a unidade.
- Use o Umidade aumenta/diminui buttons to set your desired humidity level (e.g., 45% to 55% for general comfort). The unit will operate until the set humidity is reached, then cycle on and off to maintain it.
4.3 Seleção da velocidade do ventilador
Pressione o Velocidade do ventilador button to toggle between two available fan speeds: Low and High. Higher fan speed will result in faster moisture removal.
4.4 Função do temporizador
The timer allows you to program the unit to turn on or off automatically after a set period (up to 24 hours). Press the Temporizador botão e use o Para cima/para baixo buttons to set the desired duration.
4.5 Bloqueio para crianças
To prevent unintended changes to settings, activate the Child Lock function by pressing and holding the Bloqueio de criança button (refer to the control panel diagram for exact button). This will disable all other buttons until unlocked.
4.6 Continuous Draining Option
For extended operation without manually emptying the water bucket, connect a standard garden hose (not included) to the continuous drain outlet on the back of the unit. Ensure the hose is sloped downwards to a low-level drain to allow gravity to remove collected water.
4.7 Loss of Power Protection
Em caso de falta de energiatage, the unit will automatically resume operation with the last saved settings once power is restored.
5. Manutenção
5.1 Esvaziando o Balde de Água
When the water bucket is full, the unit will automatically shut off and an indicator light will illuminate. Carefully remove the bucket from the front of the unit and empty the collected water. Reinsert the bucket securely to resume operation.
5.2 Limpando o Filtro de Ar
The dehumidifier is equipped with a removable, easy-to-clean air filter. A 'Clean Filter' alert will indicate when cleaning is required. Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and air quality.
- Desligue o desumidificador da tomada.
- Locate the filter access panel on the side or back of the unit.
- Puxe cuidadosamente o filtro de ar para fora.
- Lave o filtro com água morna e sabão. Enxágue bem e deixe secar completamente ao ar livre antes de reinseri-lo.
- Once the filter is dry, slide it back into its slot and close the access panel.

5.3 Limpeza da parte externa da unidade
Limpe o exterior do desumidificador com um pano macio, damp pano. Não use produtos químicos agressivos ou produtos de limpeza abrasivos.
