1. Introdução

The HGFRTEE 18.5" Portable Monitor is a versatile external display designed to enhance productivity and entertainment on the go. 3. Configuração

3.1 Conectando o Monitor

The HGFRTEE portable monitor offers flexible connectivity options to suit various devices.

Option 1: Single Cable Connection (Full-featured USB-C)

For devices with a full-featured USB-C port (supporting Thunderbolt 3.0 or USB 3.1 Type C DP Alt-Mode), a single Type-C to Type-C Full-Function Cable can provide both power and display signal. Connect one end of the full-function Type-C cable to your device and the other end to the monitor's full-featured Type-C port.

Option 2: HDMI and USB-C for Power

For devices without a full-featured USB-C port, or for gaming consoles, use the HDMI to Mini HDMI cable for video signal and a Type-C to Type-C Regular Cable for power. Connect the HDMI cable from your device to the monitor's Mini HDMI port. Then, connect the Type-C Regular Cable from a power source (e.g., wall adapter, power bank) to the monitor's power-only Type-C port.

6. Manutenção

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your HGFRTEE Portable Monitor, follow these maintenance guidelines:

• Limpeza: Gently wipe the screen with a soft, lint-free cloth. For stubborn smudges, use a screen-specific cleaning solution applied to the cloth, not directly to the screen. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or ammonia-based products.
• Armazenar: When not in use, store the monitor in its protective sleeve or a safe place to prevent scratches and damage. Avoid placing heavy objects on top of it.

  • Verify that your device's output settings are configured to extend or duplicate the display to the portable monitor.

• Tela piscando/instável:
  • Ensure the monitor is receiving sufficient power. If using USB-C for power, try a different power adapter or a dedicated power source.
  • Check the display resolution and refresh rate settings on your device. Lowering them might resolve flickering.
  • Ensure the cables are not damaged or bent.
• Sem som nos alto-falantes integrados:
