Configurar

Configuração de hora inicial

  1. Retire a coroa: Gently pull the crown (the knob on the side of the watch) out to the first click position.
  2. Defina a hora: Rotate the crown to move the hour and minute hands to the desired time. Ensure AM/PM is correctly set if your watch has a 24-hour indicator or date changes at midnight.
  3. Empurre a coroa: Once the time is set, push the crown back in to the normal position. The second hand will begin to move.

Configuração de data

The watch features a date window at the 3 o'clock position.

  1. Retire a coroa: Puxe suavemente a coroa para a posição do primeiro clique.
  2. Ajustar a data: Rotate the crown in the opposite direction from time setting to change the date. Avoid setting the date between 9:00 PM and 1:00 AM, as this may interfere with the automatic date change mechanism.
  3. Empurre a coroa: Empurre a coroa de volta para a posição normal.

The Casio MWA-300H-1AV includes a 1/10-second stopwatch for precise timing. This function is controlled by the two push-buttons located on either side of the crown.

  • Starting the Stopwatch: Press the upper right button to start timing.
  • Stopping the Stopwatch: Press the upper right button again to stop timing.
  • Resetting the Stopwatch: While the stopwatch is stopped, press the lower right button to reset it to zero.
  • Tempo parcial: Press the lower right button while the stopwatch is running to record a split time. Press it again to return to the current elapsed time.

The three sub-dials on the watch face indicate stopwatch minutes, seconds, and 1/10 seconds.

Resistência à água (100M)

This watch is rated for 100-meter (330 feet) water resistance. This means it is suitable for swimming, showering, and recreational water activities. It is not suitable for scuba diving or high-impact water sports.

Visor luminoso

The hour and minute hands, along with certain markers, are treated with a luminous material that absorbs light and glows in the dark, providing readability in low-light conditions.

Manutenção

Limpeza

  • Wipe the watch case and band with a soft, dry cloth regularly to remove dirt and moisture.
  • For resin bands, a mild soap solution and a soft brush can be used, followed by thorough rinsing and drying.
  • Evite usar produtos de limpeza químicos, solventes ou materiais abrasivos, pois estes podem danificar o acabamento do relógio.

Substituição da bateria

The watch is powered by one SR920SW battery, which has an approximate lifespan of 3 years. When the watch stops or the second hand moves erratically, it indicates a low battery. Battery replacement should be performed by a qualified watch technician to ensure proper sealing and water resistance.

Precauções de resistência à água

  • Have the water resistance gaskets checked and replaced every 2-3 years, especially if the watch is frequently exposed to water.
  • Avoid exposing the watch to extreme temperature changes, which can affect the water resistance seals.

Solução de problemas

  • O relógio não está funcionando: Verifique se a coroa está totalmente encaixada. Caso esteja, pode ser necessário substituir a bateria.
  • O horário está incorreto: Ensure the crown is fully pushed in. If the time continues to be inaccurate, the watch may require servicing.
  • A data não muda: Manually advance the date to ensure it is not stuck. If the issue persists, consult a service center.
  • Fogging inside the crystal: This may indicate a loss of water resistance. Avoid further water exposure and have the watch inspected by a technician immediately.
