To reset the motor, press and hold the programming (PROG) button on the motor head for approximately 12 seconds. The shade will jog 3 separate times, indicating that all programmed remotes and limit settings have been erased.
Move the shade away from the limits, then press and hold the UP, MY/STOP, and DOWN buttons simultaneously until the shade jogs. Press and hold UP to increase speed or DOWN to decrease speed. The shade will jog to confirm adjustments.
