Download the LIVALL Riding App, enable Bluetooth on your phone, power on the helmet, and select the device within the app to pair. For some models, you may also need to pair the handlebar remote controller separately.
Ensure the magnetic USB charging cable is properly aligned with the charging port and connected to a compatible 5V/1A USB power source. Cleaning the golden contact points on the helmet and cable can often resolve connection issues.
The SOS feature works when the helmet is connected to the LIVALL Riding App with an active network connection. If the helmet sensor detects a fall or significant impact, it triggers a countdown on the app before sending your location via SMS to your pre-set emergency contacts.
