Configuração e montagem

Instruções de operação

1. Pré-aquecimento: Plug the heat control into a 120V AC electrical outlet. Turn the Control Master dial to the desired temperature setting. Allow the skillet to preheat for 5-10 minutes, or until the indicator light turns off, signaling the set temperature has been reached.
2. Culinária:
   • Add food to the preheated skillet. The ceramic nonstick surface ensures stick-free cooking.
   • The Control Master heat control automatically maintains the selected cooking temperature, providing consistent results for roasting, frying, grilling, stewing, baking, and one-dish meals.
   • Utilize the high-sidewall pan and high-dome EverNu cover for greater food capacity and to retain moisture and heat during cooking. The EverNu cover is designed to resist denting, warping, peeling, or bending.
   • The stay-cool handle allows for safe handling during operation.

Manutenção e Limpeza

1. Esfriar: Always allow the skillet to cool completely before cleaning.
2. Remova o controle de calor: Detach the Control Master heat control probe from the skillet before washing. The heat control probe is not immersible.
3. Lavagem: The skillet is fully immersible for easy cleaning. Wash the skillet and cover in warm, soapy water. A soft cloth or sponge is recommended to protect the nonstick surface. For stubborn food residue, soak the skillet in warm water before cleaning.
4. Nonstick Surface Care: The PFAS-free nonstick surface is designed for durability. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, metal scouring pads, or sharp utensils that could scratch the surface.
