Introdução

Configurar
- Instalação da bateria: The scale requires 1x 3V CR 2032 Lithium Metal battery, which is included. Open the battery compartment on the underside of the scale and insert the battery, ensuring correct polarity.
- Colocação: Place the scale on a firm, level surface. Avoid carpets or uneven flooring, as this can affect measurement accuracy.
- Inicialização: The scale features automatic switch-on. Simply step onto the weighing surface to activate it.
- Seleção de unidade: To change the unit of measurement (kg/lb/st), locate the unit switch on the underside of the scale or use the 'SET' button if available on the display.
- Usuário Profile Configurar: The scale supports 10 user memories. To set up a user profile, press the 'SET' button. Use the arrow buttons to input personal data such as age, height, gender, and activity level (1-5). Confirm each entry with the 'SET' button.

Instruções de operação
- Pesagem: Step onto the scale barefoot. Ensure your feet are positioned on the brushed stainless steel electrodes for diagnostic measurements. The scale will automatically switch on and display your weight.
- Diagnostic Measurement: After displaying your weight, the scale will proceed to calculate body fat, body water, muscle percentage, and BMI. Remain still until all measurements are displayed.
- Reconhecimento do usuário: Se vários usuários profiles are set up, the scale will attempt to recognize the user based on their weight. If recognition is successful, the stored personal data will be used for diagnostic calculations.
- Lendo o display: The scale features an extra-large LCD display with a digit size of 38 mm for clear readability.

Manutenção
- Limpeza: Limpe a superfície da balança com anúncioamp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or immerse the scale in water.
- Substituição da bateria: When the battery indicator appears on the display, replace the 3V CR 2032 Lithium Metal battery.
- Armazenar: Guarde a balança em local seco, longe de temperaturas extremas e da luz solar direta.
Solução de problemas
- "Err" or Overload Indication: If the display shows "Err" or an overload symbol, it indicates that the maximum weight capacity of 150 kg has been exceeded. Step off the scale immediately to prevent damage.
- Leituras imprecisas: Ensure the scale is placed on a hard, flat surface. Avoid moving the scale between measurements. Ensure feet are clean and dry and positioned correctly on the electrodes for diagnostic measurements.
- Nenhuma exibição: Verifique se a bateria está inserida corretamente e se possui carga suficiente. Substitua a bateria, se necessário.
