Introdução

The Akai Professional MPX16 is an advanced sampler and player featuring sixteen backlit, velocity- and pressure-sensitive pads. Designed for portability, it offers convenient USB power or can be powered via the included power supply. Simply insert an SD card, assign its contents to any of the MPX16's pads, and the device is ready for performance.

For comprehensive sampling capabilities, the MPX16 includes core recording functionality via 1/4-inch stereo inputs or the onboard stereo microphone. Samples can be edited and manipulated using on-board processors for tuning, filtering, envelopes, and choke grouping on each pad, allowing for expressive and dynamic performances. The MPX16 integrates seamlessly into production and performance setups with its USB connectivity and onboard MIDI interface.

Configurar

To begin using your Akai Professional MPX16, follow these setup instructions:
