The Mitel 5330e IP Phone is an executive-class communication device designed for advanced business environments. 1. Desembalagem e inspeção inicial
Carefully remove the Mitel 5330e IP Phone and all accessories from the packaging. Verify that all components are present: the phone unit, handset, coiled handset cord, and Ethernet cable.
2. Conectando o telefone
- Conecte o aparelho: Connect one end of the coiled handset cord to the handset and the other end to the handset port located on the left side of the phone base.
- Conecte-se à rede: Connect one end of the Ethernet cable to the LAN port on the back of the phone. Connect the other end to an active Ethernet port on your network switch or router. The Mitel 5330e supports Power over Ethernet (PoE), which means the phone can receive power directly through the Ethernet cable if your network infrastructure supports it, eliminating the need for a separate power adapter.
- Conexão de energia opcional: If your network does not support PoE, an optional Mitel-approved power adapter (sold separately) is required. Connect the power adapter to the power port on the back of the phone and plug it into a standard electrical outlet.

Funções básicas de chamada
- Fazer uma chamada: Levante o monofone ou pressione o Palestrante button. Dial the desired number. Press the Discar Pressione a tecla de função ou aguarde a conexão automática da chamada.
- Atender uma chamada: Levante o monofone ou pressione o Palestrante botão quando o telefone tocar.
- Finalizando uma chamada: Substitua o aparelho ou pressione o Palestrante botão novamente.
Utilizando teclas programáveis
The Mitel 5330e features twenty-four programmable, multi-functional, self-labeling keys, accessible across three pages (8 keys per page). These keys can be configured for speed dialing, line appearances, or feature access. Use the Página anterior e Próxima página fixed function keys to navigate between pages and access all programmed functions.
Acessando correio de voz
Pressione o Mensagem button (typically an envelope icon) to access your voicemail. Follow the audio prompts to retrieve messages, set up your greeting, or manage voicemail settings.
Ajustando o volume
Use o Aumentar o volume e Diminuir volume fixed function keys to adjust the handset, speaker, or ringer volume during a call or when the phone is idle.
Função Mudo
Pressione o Mudo button to mute your microphone during an active call. The other party will not hear you. Press it again to unmute.
Transfer/Conference
Durante uma chamada ativa, pressione o Transfer/Conference button. Dial the number to transfer to or add to the conference. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the transfer or establish the conference call.
