3.1 Painel de controle
The control panel features two main rotary dials for setting cooking power and time/defrost weight.

- Cooking Control Dial: Used to select the desired power level (Defrost, Low, Med Low, Med, Med High, High).
- Seletor de temporizador/descongelamento: Used to set the cooking time in minutes or the defrost weight in kilograms.

The interior of the microwave includes a glass turntable and a turntable support, which must be correctly positioned for proper operation.

4. Configuração e instalação
A instalação correta é crucial para o funcionamento seguro e eficiente do seu forno de micro-ondas.
4.1 Desembalagem
- Remova todos os materiais de embalagem de dentro da cavidade do forno e da porta.
- Verifique se o forno apresenta algum dano, como porta desalinhada ou torta, vedações da porta e superfície de vedação danificadas, dobradiças e fechos da porta quebrados ou soltos, ou amassados dentro da cavidade ou na porta. Se houver algum dano, não utilize o forno e entre em contato com o seu revendedor.
4.2 Posicionamento
- Place the oven on a flat, stable surface that can support its weight and the heaviest food likely to be cooked in the oven.
- Ensure adequate ventilation. Allow at least 10 cm (4 inches) of space at the back, 20 cm (8 inches) at the top, and 5 cm (2 inches) on each side for proper airflow. Do not block any ventilation openings.

4.3 Conexão elétrica
- The oven operates on 220 Volts, 50 Hz AC power. Ensure your power supply matches these specifications.

5. Instruções de operação
This section details how to use your SHARP microwave oven for various cooking tasks.
5.1 Operação básica
- Coloque os alimentos em um recipiente próprio para micro-ondas sobre o prato giratório de vidro.
- Close the oven door securely. The oven will not operate if the door is not properly closed.
- Vire o Cooking Control Dial to select the desired power level.
- Vire o Timer/Defrost Dial Para definir o tempo de cozimento desejado, o forno iniciará automaticamente assim que o temporizador for configurado.
- To stop cooking, open the oven door or turn the timer dial back to '0'.
5.2 níveis de poder
Your microwave oven offers 5 variable power levels:
- ALTA (800 W): For fast cooking and reheating.
- MED HIGH: For denser foods or longer cooking times.

5.3 Função de descongelamento
The defrost function allows you to thaw frozen foods based on weight.

- Vire o Cooking Control Dial to 'DEFROST'.
- Vire o Timer/Defrost Dial to the desired weight (e.g., 0.5 kg, 1.0 kg). The oven will automatically calculate the defrosting time.
- During defrosting, it is recommended to turn the food over periodically for even thawing.
6. Manutenção e Limpeza

6.1 Limpeza do Exterior
- Wipe the exterior with a soft cloth and mild soapy water.
- Evite usar produtos de limpeza abrasivos ou solventes.
6.2 Limpeza do interior
- Wipe the inside of the oven with a soft cloth and warm soapy water after each use.
- Para manchas difíceis, coloque uma tigela com água e algumas rodelas de limão dentro e leve ao micro-ondas em potência máxima por 2 a 3 minutos. O vapor vai amolecer a sujeira, facilitando a remoção.
- Clean the door seals and sealing surface regularly to ensure proper closure.
6.3 Cuidados com o prato giratório
- The glass turntable and turntable support can be washed in warm soapy water or in a dishwasher.
