This manual provides instructions for the VTech CS6529-4 DECT 6.0 Cordless Phone System. 4. Configuração

4.1. Instalação da bateria

1. Abra a tampa do compartimento da bateria na parte traseira de cada aparelho sem fio.
2. Connect the provided rechargeable battery pack to the connector inside the compartment, ensuring correct polarity.
3. Coloque a bateria dentro do compartimento e feche a tampa.

4.2. Conexão da unidade base

1. Conecte uma extremidade do cabo da linha telefônica na entrada TEL LINE na parte traseira da unidade base.
2. Conecte a outra extremidade do cabo da linha telefônica a uma tomada telefônica de parede.
3. Plug the small end of the AC adapter into the POWER jack on the back of the base unit.
4. Plug the large end of the AC adapter into an electrical outlet not controlled by a wall switch.

4.3. Carregamento do aparelho

Place each cordless handset into its respective charging cradle. The CHARGE light on the handset will illuminate, indicating proper charging. Allow at least 16 hours for the batteries to fully charge before initial use.

4.4. Configuração de Data e Hora

After the handsets are charged, the display will prompt you to set the date and time. Follow the on-screen instructions to configure these settings for accurate Caller ID records and answering system timestamps.

5. Operação

5.1. Fazendo e recebendo chamadas

• Fazer uma ligação: Imprensa TALK / FLASH or PALESTRANTEEm seguida, disque o número de telefone.
• Para atender uma chamada: Imprensa TALK / FLASH or PALESTRANTE quando o telefone toca.
• Para encerrar uma chamada: Imprensa DESLIGAR/CANCELAR ou coloque o aparelho de volta na base de carregamento.

5.2. Viva-voz

The handset features a full-duplex speakerphone for hands-free conversations. Press the PALESTRANTE button during a call to activate or deactivate the speakerphone.

5.3. Identificação de chamadas e chamada em espera

The system displays the name, number, time, and date of incoming calls. If you subscribe to Call Waiting service, the phone will alert you to a second incoming call. Press CLARÃO para alternar entre as chamadas.

5.4. Sistema de Atendimento Digital

The base unit features a digital answering system with up to 14 minutes of recording time. You can listen to messages from the base unit or any cordless handset.

• Para ligar/desligar: Imprensa ANS LIGADO/DESLIGADO na unidade básica.
• Para reproduzir as mensagens: Imprensa REPRODUZIR/PARAR na unidade básica.
• Acesso remoto: You can access your messages remotely by calling your home number and entering a remote access code.

5.5. Intercomunicador

Use the intercom feature to communicate between handsets. Press INT on a handset, then dial the number of the desired handset.

5.6. Modo silencioso

Silence the ringer on the handset and base unit for a specified period. This is useful for uninterrupted sleep or meetings. Access Quiet Mode settings through the handset menu.

5.7. Agenda

Store up to 50 names and numbers in the phonebook for quick dialing. Access the phonebook via the handset menu.

5.8. Bloqueio de chamadas

5.9. Wall Mount Option

The base unit can be mounted on a wall to save counter space. Use the included wall mount bracket and follow the instructions for secure installation.

• Always return handsets to their charging cradles when not in use.

If you experience issues with your VTech CS6529-4 system, try the following steps:

• Não esta dando sinal: Ensure the telephone line cord is securely plugged into both the base unit and the wall jack. Check if your telephone service is active.
