Configurar

1. Instalação da bateria:

   Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the handset. Insert the two AA rechargeable batteries, observing the correct polarity (+ and -). Close the battery compartment cover securely.

2. Base Unit Connection:

   Plug the small end of the AC power adapter into the power jack on the back of the telephone base. Plug the large end of the AC power adapter into a standard electrical outlet. Plug one end of the telephone line cord into the TEL LINE jack on the back of the telephone base. Plug the other end of the telephone line cord into a telephone wall jack.
3. Carregamento inicial:

   Place the handset in the telephone base to charge. The handset will beep, indicating it is properly seated and charging. Allow the handset to charge for at least 12 hours before initial use to ensure optimal battery performance.

   

4. Registro do aparelho:

   Your handset is pre-registered to the telephone base. If for any reason the handset is not registered (e.g., after a power outage or if you purchase an accessory handset), refer to the troubleshooting section or the full user manual for registration instructions.

Operando seu telefone

Fazendo e atendendo chamadas

• Fazer uma ligação: Imprensa TALK / FLASH or PALESTRANTEEm seguida, disque o número de telefone.
• Para atender uma chamada: Quando o telefone tocar, pressione TALK / FLASH or PALESTRANTE.
• Para encerrar uma chamada: Imprensa DESLIGADO/LIMPAR or place the handset back in the telephone base.

Ajuste de volume

Durante uma chamada, pressione VOL ▲ or VOLUME ▼ on the side of the handset to adjust the listening volume.

Intercom and Call Transfer

The VTech CS5119 supports intercom functionality and call transfer between handsets (if accessory handsets are used). For detailed instructions on using these features, please consult the full user manual.

Rediscagem

Imprensa REDISCAR para view the last numbers dialed. Press TALK / FLASH to call the displayed number.

Mudo

When you receive a call, the caller's information (name and number, if available) will appear on the handset display. You can review past calls by accessing the Caller ID log.

Store frequently called numbers in the phonebook for quick dialing. Refer to the handset menu for instructions on adding, editing, and deleting entries.

The integrated digital answering system records incoming messages when you are unavailable. Access messages via the handset or the telephone base. Follow the on-screen prompts to set up your outgoing announcement and manage messages.

Manutenção
