  1. Desmontagem: Carefully remove the carburetor from the engine. Document or photograph the disassembly process to aid reassembly. Disassemble the carburetor, paying close attention to the orientation of all parts.
  2. Limpeza: Thoroughly clean all metal components of the carburetor using carburetor cleaner. Ensure all passages and jets are free of debris and varnish. Use compressed air to blow out all passages. Do not use wire brushes or abrasive materials that could damage the carburetor body.
  3. Inspeção: Inspect the carburetor body for any cracks, warps, or excessive wear. Replace the carburetor if significant damage is found.
  4. Gasket and Diaphragm Replacement: Replace all old gaskets and diaphragms with the new components from the kit. Ensure proper alignment and seating of each part. The Viton tipped needle should replace the old needle in the fuel inlet valve assembly.
  5. O-Ring and Check Valve Replacement: Replace all O-rings and check valves. Apply a small amount of clean fuel or assembly lube to O-rings to prevent pinching during installation.
  6. Remontagem: Reassemble the carburetor in reverse order of disassembly, referring to your documentation. Ensure all screws are tightened to the manufacturer's specified torque values to prevent leaks and damage.
  7. Instalação: Reinstall the rebuilt carburetor onto the engine. Connect all fuel lines, vacuum lines, and throttle linkages securely.
