5. Configuração

Follow these steps to prepare your Elle TENS 2 for use:

1. Insira as baterias: Open the battery compartment on the back of the unit. Insert the two AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the compartment securely.
2. Conecte os fios condutores: Plug the lead wires into the ports at the top of the Elle TENS 2 unit. Each lead wire has two pins that connect to two electrode pads.

Ensure pads are not touching each other.

6. Instruções de operação

Using your Elle TENS 2 device:

1. Ligar: Press and hold the Power button (Ⓘ) until the display illuminates. The device will start in a default program mode.
2. Ajustar intensidade: Use the CH1 (+/-) buttons to increase or decrease the intensity for Channel 1 (upper pads) and CH2 (+/-) buttons for Channel 2 (lower pads). Start with a low intensity and gradually increase until you feel a strong, comfortable tingling sensation. Avoid setting the intensity too high, which can cause discomfort.
