Follow these steps to bake a loaf of bread using your Amazon Basics Bread Maker:
1. Adicionando Ingredientes:
- Open the lid and remove the bread pan by lifting the handle.
- Attach the kneading blade securely onto the shaft inside the bread pan.
- Add ingredients to the bread pan in the order specified by your recipe (typically liquids first, then dry ingredients, with yeast added last on top of the dry ingredients, away from liquids and salt).
- Ensure the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Place the bread pan back into the bread maker, pressing down firmly until it clicks into place. Close the lid.

2. Selecionando o programa:
- Plug in the bread maker. The display will show "1 3:00" (Basic program, 3 hours).
- Pressione o MENU button repeatedly to cycle through the 14 available programs until your desired program number appears on the display.
- Refer to the list on the bread maker's top panel for program descriptions (e.g., 1. BASIC, 2. FRENCH, 6. GLUTEN FREE, 11. JAM).

3. Selecting Loaf Size:
- Pressione o PÃO button to toggle between 1.5 LB (0.7 kg) and 2.0 LB (0.9 kg) loaf sizes. The selected size will be indicated on the display.
4. Selecting Crust Color:
- Pressione o COR button to choose your preferred crust color: Light, Medium, or Dark. The indicator on the display will move to your selection.

6. Removing the Baked Bread:

- Invert the bread pan onto a wire rack or clean surface to release the bread. If the kneading blade remains in the bread, use the provided metal hook to carefully remove it.
