1. Instruções importantes de segurança

• Ensure there is adequate space (at least 20 cm) around the unit for proper air circulation. Do not block air inlets or outlets.

3. Configuração

3.1 Desembalagem

1. Retire cuidadosamente o desumidificador da embalagem.
2. Remova todos os materiais de embalagem, incluindo fitas adesivas ou películas protetoras.
3. Inspect the unit for any signs of damage. If damaged, do not operate and contact your retailer.

3.2 Posicionamento

• Place the dehumidifier on a firm, level surface in the area where humidity reduction is desired.
• Ensure there is at least 20 cm of clear space around the unit to allow for proper airflow. Do not place it against walls or furniture that could obstruct the air intake or exhaust.
• Evite colocar o aparelho perto de fontes de calor ou sob luz solar direta.

3.3 Conexão de Energia

• Plug the power cord into a properly grounded electrical outlet (220-240V, 50Hz).
• Ensure the power cord is not pinched or routed under heavy objects.

4. Instruções de operação

4.1 Painel de controle

The unit features an intuitive display and control buttons (represented by the circular indicator on the front) for easy operation and humidity level adjustment.

4.2 Ligar/Desligar

• To turn the unit ON, press the Power button. The display will illuminate.
• To turn the unit OFF, press the Power button again.

4.3 Ajustando a Umidade Desejada

• Use the humidity control buttons (usually indicated by '+' and '-' symbols or a mode button) to set your desired humidity level. The display will show the current and target humidity.
• A unidade funcionará até que a umidade ambiente atinja o nível definido, depois ligará e desligará intermitentemente para mantê-la.
• The humidity control is adjustable and highly precise (typically +/-5% accuracy).

4.4 Water Tank Operation

• The dehumidifier collects moisture in its internal water tank (capacity: 1.8 Litres).
• When the water tank is full, the unit will automatically shut off, and a warning indicator will illuminate.
• Carefully remove the tank, empty the collected water, and reinsert it securely. The unit will resume operation.

4.5 Drenagem contínua (opcional)

• For continuous operation without needing to empty the tank, a drainage hose can be connected to the designated outlet (hose not included).
• Ensure the hose is routed downwards to a suitable drain to allow gravity to remove the water.

5. Manutenção

A manutenção regular garante o desempenho ideal e prolonga a vida útil do seu desumidificador.

5.1 Limpando o Filtro de Ar

• The unit has a filter cleaning warning indicator. When this illuminates, it's time to clean the filter.
• Before cleaning, always unplug the dehumidifier from the power outlet.
• Locate and remove the air filter (refer to the diagram in your specific model's packaging if available).
• Limpe o filtro com um aspirador de pó ou lave-o delicadamente com água morna e sabão. Enxágue bem.
• Deixe o filtro secar completamente ao ar livre antes de reinseri-lo na unidade.
• A dirty filter can reduce efficiency and cause the unit to work harder.

5.2 Esvaziar o depósito de água

• When the tank full indicator lights up, carefully pull out the water tank.
• Despeje a água coletada.
• Clean the tank periodically with mild detergent and water to prevent mold or mildew growth. Rinse well.
• Reinsert the dry tank firmly into the unit.

5.3 Armazenamento

• Se for armazenar o aparelho por um período prolongado, certifique-se de que o reservatório de água esteja vazio e limpo.
• Limpe o filtro de ar.
• Store the unit upright in a dry, dust-free environment.
