- Sempre desconecte a máquina da tomada elétrica ao remover tampas, lubrificar ou fazer qualquer outro ajuste de manutenção do usuário mencionado no manual de instruções.
- Do not allow children to operate the sewing machine without supervision.

Configuração e uso inicial
1. Desembalagem e colocação
Carefully remove the sewing machine from its packaging. Place the machine on a stable, flat surface. Ensure there is adequate lighting and space for comfortable operation.

2. Conexão de energia
Connect the power cord to the machine's power input and then plug it into a suitable electrical outlet. Connect the foot controller to its designated port on the machine.
3. Enrolando a bobina

- Place the empty bobbin onto the bobbin winder spindle.

- Gently press the foot controller to start winding. Stop when the bobbin is full.

Open the bobbin cover plate. Insert the wound bobbin into the bobbin case, ensuring the thread unwinds in the correct direction (usually counter-clockwise). Guide the thread through the tension spring and out the bobbin case opening. Close the bobbin cover.

1. Seleção de Pontos
The Janome 3300 offers 12 types of stitches, including basic utility stitches and decorative stitches. To select a stitch, turn the stitch selector dial to the desired stitch pattern. Refer to the stitch pattern guide on the machine.

- Ponto reto: For general sewing, seams, and topstitching.
- Ponto ziguezague: Para acabamento de bordas brutas, apliques e fins decorativos.
- Flexi Points (Stretch Stitches): Designed for sewing knit fabrics and other stretchy materials.
- Casa de botão: A four-step automatic buttonhole function is available.
2. Ajuste do comprimento e largura do ponto
Adjust the stitch length using the stitch length dial, up to a maximum of 4 mm. The maximum stitch width is 5 mm. These adjustments allow for customization of stitches based on fabric type and project requirements.
3. Costura reversa
To secure the beginning and end of a seam, press and hold the reverse button. The machine will sew backward. Release the button to resume forward stitching.
4. Função de braço livre
Remove the accessory box to reveal the free arm. This feature is useful for sewing cylindrical items such as sleeves, cuffs, and pant hems.
5. Twin Needle Sewing
The Janome 3300 supports sewing with a twin needle for decorative stitching or creating parallel lines. Ensure you use the correct twin needle type and thread both needles separately.
Manutenção
1. Limpeza
Regular cleaning is crucial for maintaining your sewing machine's performance.
- Remoção de fiapos: Periodically remove the needle plate and bobbin case to clean out lint and dust accumulation using a small brush.

Replace the needle regularly, especially after 8-10 hours of sewing or if it becomes bent or dull. A dull or bent needle can cause skipped stitches, thread breakage, or damage to the fabric.

- Insert a new needle with the flat side facing the back, pushing it up as far as it will go.
