4. Instalação

The TM619 timer switch features 5 terminals for connection. Refer to the diagram on the back of the unit and Figure 2 for proper wiring. Ensure all connections are secure and comply with local electrical codes.
- Terminais 1 e 2: Power Input (24VDC). These terminals supply power to the timer itself. Ensure a continuous 24VDC supply to keep the timer operational and maintain its internal clock and programs.
- Terminais 3, 4, 5: Switching Contact (Output). This is a single changeover switch (SPDT - Single Pole Double Throw) with 1 Normally Open (NO) and 1 Normally Closed (NC) contact.
- Terminal 3: Comum (COM)
- Terminal 4: Normally Open (NO) - Contact closes when the timer is ON.
- Terminal 5: Normally Closed (NC) - Contact opens when the timer is ON.
The output contacts are rated for 16A at 250VAC (50/60Hz) for resistive loads, and 1HP at 125VAC, 2HP at 250VAC for inductive loads. For DC loads, it supports 20A at 30VDC.
4.2 Montagem
The TM619 is designed for panel mounting. It features mounting holes on its casing for secure attachment to a control panel or enclosure. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit to prevent overheating.
5. Configuração e Programação

5.1 Configurar a hora e o dia atuais
- Pressione e segure o RELÓGIO botão.
- Enquanto segura RELÓGIO, imprensa DIA to set the current day of the week (Mo, Tu, We, Th, Fr, Sa, Su).
- Enquanto segura RELÓGIO, imprensa HORA Para definir a hora atual (0-23).
- Enquanto segura RELÓGIO, imprensa MÍNIMO Para definir o minuto atual (0-59).
- Solte o RELÓGIO button. The time and day are now set.
5.2 Programação dos horários de LIGAR/DESLIGAR
The TM619 allows for up to 16 ON/OFF programs. Each program consists of an ON time and an OFF time.
- Pressione o CRONÔMETRO pressione o botão uma vez. O visor mostrará "1 LIGADO".
- Imprensa DIA to select the day(s) for this ON program. You can choose a single day, specific days (e.g., Mo-Fr), or all 7 days.
- Imprensa HORA para definir a hora LIGADA desejada.
- Imprensa MÍNIMO para definir o minuto LIGADO desejado.
- Imprensa CRONÔMETRO novamente. O visor mostrará "1 OFF".
- Repeat steps 2-4 to set the OFF day(s), hour, and minute for the first program.
- Imprensa CRONÔMETRO to advance to the next program ("2 ON", "2 OFF", etc.) and repeat the process for up to 16 programs.
- Após configurar todos os programas desejados, pressione o RELÓGIO Botão para sair do modo de programação e retornar à exibição da hora atual.
Note: If you need to clear a specific program, navigate to that program (e.g., "3 ON") and press the MANUAL button. This will clear the settings for that ON/OFF pair.
5.3 Substituição Manual

5.4 Reiniciando o temporizador
To clear all settings and reset the timer to its factory defaults, locate the small reset button (often recessed) on the front of the unit. Use a pointed object (like a pen tip) to press this button. This will clear all programmed times and reset the clock.
6. Operação
Once programmed and set to AUTO mode, the SINOTIMER TM619 will automatically switch the connected electrical equipment ON and OFF according to the precise times and days you have set. The LCD display will show the current time and day, along with the current status (ON, AUTO, OFF).
The timer's internal clock is highly accurate, with a hysteresis of 2 seconds per day at 25°C, ensuring reliable long-term operation. The built-in battery provides a black-out memory of up to 60 days, meaning your programs will be retained even during extended power outage.
