The Igloo Electric Countertop Ice Maker is a compact and portable appliance designed to produce ice quickly and efficiently. Configurar

1. Descompacte: Retire cuidadosamente a máquina de gelo da embalagem. Remova todos os materiais de embalagem, incluindo fita adesiva ou película protetora.
2. Colocação: Place the unit on a flat, stable, and level surface. Ensure there is at least 6 inches of clearance on all sides for proper ventilation. Avoid placing near heat sources or in direct sunlight.
3. Limpeza Inicial: Before first use, clean the interior of the ice maker. Remove the ice basket and wash it with warm, soapy water. Wipe the interior with a soft cloth and mild detergent, then rinse thoroughly.
4. Preparação para o primeiro uso: After cleaning, allow the unit to sit upright for at least one hour before plugging it in. This allows the refrigerant to settle.

Instruções de operação

1. Ligar: Ligue a máquina de gelo a uma tomada elétrica aterrada. Pressione o botão. LIGADO/DESLIGADO button to turn on the unit. The "ON/OFF" indicator light will illuminate.
2. Selecione o tamanho do gelo: Pressione o SELECIONAR Botão para escolher o tamanho de cubo de gelo desejado:
   • SMALL: For smaller, quicker-forming ice cubes.
   • GRANDE: For larger, more solid ice cubes.
   The corresponding LED indicator ("SMALL" or "LARGE") will light up.
3. Produção de gelo: The ice maker will begin the ice-making cycle. The first batch of ice may take slightly longer (around 7-15 minutes) to form. Subsequent batches will be produced more quickly.
4. Coleta de gelo: As ice cubes are produced, they will drop into the removable ice basket.
5. Indicador "GELO CHEIO": When the ice basket is full, the "ICE FULL" indicator light will illuminate, and the ice maker will automatically pause production. Remove ice from the basket to resume operation.
6. Indicador "ADICIONAR ÁGUA": If the water level in the reservoir is too low, the "ADD WATER" indicator light will illuminate, and the ice maker will pause. Add more water to the reservoir to resume operation.

Manutenção e Limpeza

Regular cleaning and maintenance will prolong the life of your ice maker and ensure optimal performance.

1. Limpeza diária:
   • Desligue a unidade antes de limpá-la.
   • Remove the ice basket and wash it with warm, soapy water.
   • Esvazie toda a água restante do reservatório.
   • Limpe as superfícies internas e externas com um pano macio e detergente neutro.
   • Dry thoroughly before storing or next use.
2. Limpeza profunda (mensal ou conforme necessário):
   • Prepare a solution of water and white vinegar (1:1 ratio) or a dedicated ice maker cleaning solution.
   • Despeje a solução no reservatório de água.
   • Run a few ice-making cycles with this solution (do not consume this ice).
   • Drain the solution completely and rinse the reservoir multiple times with fresh water to remove any residue.
   • Wipe down all accessible parts.
3. Armazenar: If storing the ice maker for an extended period, ensure it is completely dry to prevent mold or mildew growth. Store in a cool, dry place.
