3. Configuração

1. Descompacte: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for storage or recycling.
2. Limpeza Inicial: Before first use, wipe the cooking surface and other removable parts with a damp pano. Certifique-se de que todas as peças estejam secas antes da montagem.
3. Posicione o aparelho: Place the electric barbecue on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate clearance around the appliance for ventilation and safety.
4. Insert Grease Drip Tray: Slide the grease drip tray into its designated slot beneath the cooking surface. Ensure it is correctly seated to collect any fats or liquids during cooking.
5. Instalar o Splash Guard: Position the foldable stainless steel splash guard at the rear of the cooking surface. Ensure it is securely in place to minimize splatters.
6. Conectar à energia: Ligue o cabo de alimentação a uma tomada elétrica aterrada adequada.

4. Instruções de operação

Primeiro uso

Before cooking food for the first time, it is recommended to heat the barbecue without food for approximately 10-15 minutes at a medium setting. This helps to burn off any manufacturing residues. Ensure the area is well-ventilated during this process. After this, allow the appliance to cool down and clean it as described in the Maintenance section.

Culinária

1. Pré-aquecimento: Turn the thermostat dial to your desired temperature setting. The indicator light will illuminate, signaling that the appliance is heating. Allow 5-10 minutes for the cooking surface to reach the set temperature. The indicator light may turn off and on during cooking to maintain the temperature.
2. Local de alimentação: Once pre-heated, carefully place your food onto the appropriate section of the mixed cooking surface. Use the ribbed grill area for items requiring grill marks and the flat plancha area for items like eggs, vegetables, or smaller pieces of meat.
3. Ajustar temperatura: Use the thermostat dial to adjust the cooking temperature as needed. The PerfectRoast 3000 offers multiple heat levels for precise control.
4. Monitorar cozimento: Keep an eye on your food to prevent overcooking. Use the provided cleaning spatula or other heat-resistant utensils to turn food.
5. Finalizar cozimento: Once cooking is complete, turn the thermostat dial to the 'OFF' position and unplug the appliance from the power outlet.

5. Manutenção e Limpeza

Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your Cecotec PerfectRoast 3000.

1. Esfriar: Always ensure the appliance is unplugged and completely cooled down before cleaning.
2. Remove Grease Drip Tray: Carefully slide out the grease drip tray and empty its contents. Wash the tray with warm, soapy water and rinse thoroughly.
3. Clean Cooking Surface: The cooking plate is removable. It can be hand-washed with warm, soapy water. For stubborn residues, allow the plate to soak briefly. Use the provided cleaning spatula to gently scrape off any stuck-on food. Avoid abrasive cleaners or metal scouring pads that could damage the non-stick coating. While some components may be dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended to preserve the non-stick coating over time.
4. Protetor contra respingos Clean: The stainless steel splash guard can be washed with warm, soapy water.
