1. Place the 1.2L glass chopping bowl onto a stable, flat surface. Ensure the anti-slip base is properly positioned.
2. Carefully place the stainless steel chopping blade onto the central pin inside the glass bowl. Ensure it sits securely.
3. Add your ingredients to the bowl. Do not exceed the MAX fill line.
4. Place the lid onto the glass bowl, aligning the tabs and twisting clockwise until it locks securely.
5. Position the motor unit onto the lid, ensuring it is properly seated and aligned with the drive shaft.

Assembling the Blender/Grinder:

1. For blending, use the 400ml plastic blender cup. For grinding, use the 30g grinding cup.

4. Invert the assembled cup and blade, and place it onto the motor unit, aligning the tabs and twisting to lock.

Chopping (1.2L Glass Bowl):

• For best results, cut large ingredients into smaller, uniform pieces (approx. 2-3 cm) before placing them in the bowl.
• Press down on the top of the motor unit to activate the chopping action. Use short pulses for coarse chopping, or hold down for finer results.
• Do not operate continuously for more than 30 seconds. Allow the motor to rest for at least 2 minutes between cycles.
• Once desired consistency is reached, release the motor unit, unplug the appliance, and carefully disassemble to remove ingredients.

Blending (400ml Blender Cup):

• Assemble the blender cup with its blade and attach it to the motor unit.
• Add liquids and soft ingredients. Do not overfill.
• Press down on the motor unit to blend. Use short pulses for controlled blending or hold for continuous blending.
• Ideal for smoothies, sauces, and purees.

Grinding (30g Grinding Cup):

• Assemble the grinding cup with its blade and attach it to the motor unit.
• Add dry ingredients such as coffee beans, nuts, or spices. Do not overfill the 30g capacity.

Garlic Peeling:

• Place the garlic peeler attachment inside the 1.2L glass chopping bowl.
• Add individual garlic cloves (unpeeled) to the bowl.
• Place the lid and motor unit on top.
• Press down on the motor unit in short pulses. The peeler attachment will tumble the garlic cloves, separating the skin.
• Once peeled, remove the motor unit and lid, then separate the peeled garlic from the skins.
