3.2 Ativando a bateria

The First Alert SMI110 features a sealed 10-year lithium battery. To activate the battery, you must remove the yellow pull tab located on the back of the unit. Once the tab is removed, the alarm will be powered on. The unit will chirp once to confirm activation.

After installation, and at least once a week, test your smoke alarm by pressing and holding the Test/Silence button.
