3. Configuração

3.1 Desembalagem e Inspeção Inicial

Carefully remove the safe from its packaging. Inspect the safe for any signs of damage. Ensure all included accessories are present: 2 emergency keys, 4 expansion bolts, 1 external power box, and 1 fire-proof bag.

3.2 Instalação da bateria

The safe requires 4 AA batteries (not included) for the digital keypad to function. The battery compartment is typically located on the inside of the safe door. Open the safe using the emergency key first to access the compartment.

1. Locate the battery compartment cover on the inside of the safe door.

3.3 Initial Password Setting

2. On the keypad, enter your desired 3-12 digit password.
3. Press the '#' or 'LOCK' button to confirm. The safe will beep to confirm the new password is set.

1. Enter your 3-12 digit password on the keypad.
2. Press the '#' or 'LOCK' button. The green light will illuminate, and you will hear a beep.

4.2 Opening the Safe with Emergency Key

In case of forgotten password or dead batteries, use the emergency key.

1. Locate the emergency keyhole, usually hidden behind a small cover near the knob.
2. Insert the emergency key and turn it counter-clockwise.
3. Simultaneously turn the main knob clockwise to open the safe door.

4.3 Using the External Power Box

If the internal batteries are dead and you don't have the emergency key readily available, you can use the external power box.

1. Insert 4 AA batteries into the external power box.
2. Plug the external power box into the port on the keypad (usually hidden behind a small cover).
3. Enter your password on the keypad and turn the knob to open the safe.
4. Replace the internal batteries once the safe is open.
