The HENDI UNIQ Chafing Dish, designed by Robert Bronwasser and winner of the Red Dot Design Award 2024, is an advanced appliance for keeping food warm at buffets and events. It features a digital control panel for precise temperature management and an integrated glass lid for convenience.

- Unidade principal: The base of the chafing dish containing the heating element and digital control panel.
- GN1/1 Container: A removable stainless steel food pan (100mm height) designed to fit inside the main unit.
- Integrated Glass Lid: A tempered glass lid with a heat-resistant handle, designed to retain heat and moisture.
- Painel de controle digital: Located on the front of the main unit, displaying temperature and operating time.
- Titular do cartão: A slot on the lid for displaying food labels or information.
Configurar
- Desembalagem: Retire cuidadosamente todos os componentes da embalagem. Inspecione-a para verificar se há danos. Guarde a embalagem para armazenamento ou transporte futuro.
- Colocação: Place the main unit on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface, away from walls and other heat sources, ensuring adequate ventilation.
- Insert GN Container: Place the empty GN1/1 container into the main unit. Ensure it sits securely.
- Conecte a energia: Plug the power cord into a suitable 220V/700W grounded electrical outlet. The digital display will illuminate.

Instruções de operação
- Ligar: Press the power button on the digital control panel. The display will show the current temperature and operating time.
- Temperatura definida: Use the temperature control buttons (usually '+' and '-') to set the desired warming temperature between 35°C and 85°C. The display will show the set temperature. The unit will automatically heat up to this temperature. The last set temperature is saved for future use.
- Adicionar comida: Once the desired temperature is reached, carefully place the pre-cooked, warm food into the GN1/1 container.
- Fechar tampa: Close the integrated glass lid to maintain the food's temperature and moisture.
- Monitoramento: The digital display will show the actual temperature of the food and the elapsed operating time.
- Desligar: When finished, press the power button to turn off the unit. Unplug from the power outlet.

Manutenção e Limpeza
Regular cleaning and maintenance will prolong the life of your chafing dish.
- Desconecte a energia: Desligue sempre o aparelho da tomada e deixe-o arrefecer completamente antes de o limpar.
- Remove GN Container: Carefully lift out the GN1/1 container. Wash it with warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely. It is dishwasher safe.
- Limpeza da unidade principal: Limpe o exterior da unidade principal com um panoamp cloth. For stubborn stains, use a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Do NOT immerse the main unit in water.
- Tampa de vidro limpa: Wash the glass lid with warm, soapy water. Ensure the heat-resistant handle is also cleaned. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
- Armazenar: Store the chafing dish in a clean, dry place when not in use.
