4. Configuração e instalação

Press and hold the large central test button on the alarm cover for at least 5 seconds. The alarm will sound a loud, pulsating signal. Release the button to stop the alarm. Test the alarm weekly to ensure proper functionality.

5.3. Silence Function (Hush Mode)

In the event of a nuisance alarm (e.g., from cooking fumes), press the test/hush button. This will silence the alarm for approximately 10 minutes. The red LED will flash every 10 seconds during the hush period. The alarm will automatically reset after 10 minutes. If the smoke is still present, the alarm will sound again.
