4. Configuração

Follow these steps to prepare your pour-over coffee brewer for use:

5. Instruções de operação

Brewing delicious pour-over coffee is a simple process:

  1. Adicione borra de café: Add your desired amount of fresh, medium-coarse ground coffee to the filter. A general guideline is 2 tablespoons of coffee per 6 ounces of water, but adjust to your taste.
  2. Água quente: Heat fresh water to just off the boil (approximately 200-205°F or 93-96°C). Avoid boiling water directly as it can burn the coffee grounds.
  3. Pre-wet Grounds (Bloom): Slowly pour a small amount of hot water over the coffee grounds, just enough to saturate them. Let it sit for 30 seconds to allow the coffee to
