3. Configuração
Desembalagem e montagem:
Your EVOLVE Walking Pad Treadmill comes mostly pre-assembled. Follow these steps to complete the setup:
- Carefully remove all packaging materials and lift the treadmill out of the box.
- Coloque a esteira em uma superfície plana e nivelada.
- Unfold the handle bar by lifting it into the upright position. Secure it using the provided screws and tool kit. (Assembly requires only 6 screws as per customer reviewe).
- Ensure all connections are secure and the power cord is accessible.

4. Instruções de operação
Basic Operation with Remote Control:
The EVOLVE Walking Pad Treadmill is primarily controlled via its wireless remote. Ensure the remote has working batteries.
- Começar: Press the power button on the remote control to start the treadmill. There will typically be a 3-2-1 countdown before the belt begins to move.
- Ajustar velocidade: Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the remote to increase or decrease the speed. The speed range is 0.5 to 6.2 MPH (1-10 km/h).
- Parar: Press the power button again to stop the treadmill. The belt will gradually slow down to a complete stop.

- Apply a small amount of lubricant evenly under the center of the running belt.
- Tighten the roller bolts and run the treadmill at a low speed for a few minutes to distribute the lubricant.
