• Do not install this product on a wall that is not structurally sound. Ensure the mounting surface can safely support the combined weight of the mount and the display.
• This mount is designed for use with flat-panel TVs weighing up to 132 lbs (60 kg). Do not exceed this weight capacity.
• Verify VESA compatibility (mounting hole patterns) of your TV with the mount before installation. This mount supports VESA patterns up to 600x400mm.
• Always use a stud finder to locate wood studs if mounting on drywall. If mounting on concrete or brick, use appropriate anchors (not always included, may need to be purchased separately).
• Ensure all screws are tightened securely, but do not overtighten. Overtightening can damage the screws or the mounting surface.

Instruções de instalação

Follow these steps carefully to ensure a safe and secure installation of your TOPTECH TV mount.

Etapa 1: verificações de pré-instalação

• Verifique o padrão VESA da sua TV: Locate the four mounting holes on the back of your TV. Measure the horizontal and vertical distance between these holes (center to center). This is your TV's VESA pattern. Ensure it is within the mount's supported range (up to 600x400mm).
• Determine o local de montagem:
  • Medir o viewing height and distance for optimal placement.
  • Consider the room layout for the best viewângulos de inclinação.
  • Ensure there is proper ventilation around the TV for heat dissipation.
• Identificar o tipo de parede: This mount can be installed on wood stud walls or solid concrete/brick walls. Do NOT install on drywall alone.

1. Select the correct diameter and length screws (C, D, or E) that fit your TV's mounting holes. If the screws are too long, use spacers (G) to ensure a snug fit without damaging internal components.
2. Align the TV brackets (B) with the mounting holes on the back of your TV. Ensure the hooks on the brackets are facing downwards.
3. Secure the TV brackets to the TV using the selected screws and washers (F). Tighten firmly with a screwdriver, but do not overtighten.

Passo 3: Fixe a placa de parede na parede.

1. Hold the wall plate (A) against the wall at your desired height. Use the included bubble level (J) to ensure it is perfectly horizontal. Mark the drilling locations through the holes on the wall plate.
2. Para paredes com estrutura de madeira: Drill pilot holes into the center of the marked studs using a suitable drill bit (e.g., 7/32" or 5.5mm). Secure the wall plate to the studs using the lag bolts (I) and washers.
3. For Solid Concrete/Brick Walls: Drill holes using a masonry drill bit (e.g., 3/8" or 10mm). Insert concrete anchors (H) flush with the wall surface. Secure the wall plate using the lag bolts (I) and washers into the anchors.
4. Ensure the wall plate is securely fastened to the wall and level before proceeding.

1. With assistance, carefully lift the TV (with brackets attached) and hook the TV brackets onto the top edge of the wall plate.
2. Gently lower the TV until the brackets fully engage with the wall plate. The double hook design ensures a stable connection.
3. Locate the safety screws or locking mechanisms on the bottom of the TV brackets. Tighten these screws to secure the TV to the wall plate and prevent accidental dislodging.

Operating the Mount (Tilt Adjustment)

This TOPTECH TV mount offers a fixed position with a convenient tilt adjustment feature to optimize your viewmelhorar a experiência e reduzir o brilho.

1. To adjust the tilt angle, locate the tilt knobs or bolts on the side of the TV brackets.

4. Once the desired angle is achieved, securely tighten the tilt knobs/bolts to lock the TV in place.

Manutenção
