3. Configuração
3.1 Instalação Física
The EMEET C980 PRO can be easily mounted on top of your monitor or laptop screen. Its flexible stand allows for multi-angle positioning to achieve the best view. For alternative setups, the webcam features a 1/4-inch nut interface for tripod mounting (tripod sold separately).

3.2 Conectividade
Conecte o webcam to your computer using the integrated USB 2.0 Type A cable. For stable power and optimal performance, ensure the webcam is connected directly to a computer's USB port. Avoid using USB hubs or docking stations, as these may cause instability.

3.3 Instalação de software
The EMEET C980 PRO is plug-and-play and generally does not require driver installation for basic functionality. For advanced image customization and firmware updates, download and install the EMEETLINK software from the official EMEET website. This software allows you to adjust settings such as brightness, contrast, sharpness, saturation, and white balance.

4. Operação
4.1 Uso básico
Once connected, your EMEET C980 PRO webcam should be automatically recognized by your operating system and video conferencing applications. It is compatible with Windows (Win 10, 11), macOS (10.14+), and Android TV 7.0+. Please note that it is not supported on Linux, tablets, ARM Windows, TVs, or game consoles. The webcam supports major platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Cisco Webex, and FaceTime.

4.2 Qualidade de imagem e áudio
The 4K UHD CMOS 6P lens ensures high-quality video. For optimal clarity with the fixed focus lens, ensure subjects are within approximately 6 to 10 inches (15-25 cm) of the camera. The 4 noise-canceling microphones and 2 AI-speakers provide clear audio input and output.

4.3 Proteção de Privacidade
The EMEET C980 PRO includes a magnetic webcam cover. To ensure privacy, simply attach the cover over the lens when the webcam is not in use. This physical barrier prevents unintended video capture.

5. Manutenção
To maintain the performance and appearance of your EMEET C980 PRO webcam, follow these guidelines:
- Limpeza: Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to clean the lens and the body of the webcam. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the surfaces.
- Armazenar: Quando não estiver em uso, armazene o webcam in a cool, dry place. Use the magnetic privacy cover to protect the lens from dust and scratches.
- Manuseio: Evite deixar cair o webcam or subjecting it to strong impacts. Do not attempt to disassemble the device, as this will void the warranty.

- No Image/Audio:

- Check your computer's privacy settings to ensure camera and microphone access is granted to applications.
- Verify that the EMEET C980 PRO is selected as the default camera, microphone, and speaker in your video conferencing application settings.
- Washed Out or Poor Image Quality:
- Ensure adequate lighting in your environment. While the webcam performs well, sufficient ambient light is crucial for optimal image quality.
- Avoid strong backlighting, which can cause subjects to appear underexposed.
- Use the EMEETLINK software to adjust brightness, contrast, and white balance settings.
- Imagem desfocada:
- O webcam features a fixed focus lens. For the clearest image, ensure the subject is positioned approximately 6 to 10 inches (15-25 cm) from the camera.
- Audio Issues (Echo, Low Volume):
- Adjust the speaker volume on your computer and within your video conferencing application.
