4. Configuração e instalação
4.1. Initial Fit and Adjustment

4.2. Pinlock Anti-fog Insert Installation

- Align the Pinlock insert's silicone seal with the pins on the inside of the shield.
- Press the insert onto the pins, ensuring the silicone seal creates a tight fit around the shield.
- Reinstall the outer shield onto the helmet.
4.3. SMART HJC Bluetooth System (Optional)
The HJC F71 helmet is designed for seamless integration with SMART HJC 21B & 50B Bluetooth communication systems. These systems are sold separately. Refer to the specific SMART HJC system's manual for detailed installation instructions.

The HJ-38 shield can be opened and closed using the tab located at the bottom center of the shield. The Two-Way Pivot Ratchet system allows for smooth movement and secure closure. Ensure the visor is fully closed and locked before riding at speed.
5.2. Internal Sun Visor (HJ-V12) Operation
The integrated HJ-V12 sun visor can be deployed and retracted using the slider mechanism located on the left side of the helmet. This dynamic multi-step system allows for precise positioning to adapt to varying light conditions.

When cleaning the Pinlock insert, use only warm water and a soft cloth, and avoid rubbing the inner surface to preserve its anti-fog properties.
6.3. Limpeza Interior
The SuperCool crown and cheek pads are removable and washable. Gently detach them from the helmet. Hand wash with mild soap and cool water, then air dry completely before reinstallation. Ensure all interior components are dry to prevent mildew and odors.
