5.1 Fonte de alimentação

The monitor can be powered by either 4 AAA batteries (included) or via the provided USB cable.

• Usando baterias: Open the battery compartment on the bottom of the device and insert the 4 AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity.

6.1 Aplicação da braçadeira

2. Place the cuff on your upper left arm, approximately 0.8-1.2 inches (2-3 cm) above the elbow joint. The air tube should run down the inside of your arm.
3. Wrap the cuff snugly around your arm, ensuring it is not too tight. The index line on the cuff should fall within the 'OK' range.

6.2 Fazendo uma medição

1. Sente-se confortavelmente com as costas apoiadas e os pés totalmente apoiados no chão. Apoie o braço em uma mesa de forma que a braçadeira fique na altura do coração.
2. Permaneça imóvel e em silêncio durante a medição.
3. Pressione o INICIAR/PARAR botão. A braçadeira irá inflar automaticamente e a medição começará.
4. Once complete, your systolic (SYS), diastolic (DIA), and pulse (PUL) readings will be displayed on the screen.

6.3 Dual-User Mode

The monitor supports two users, storing 120 readings for each. To switch between User 1 and User 2, press the DEFINIR button when the device is off. The user icon (1 or 2) will change on the display.
