- Carregue o banco de potência: Before first use, fully charge the included 5000mAh power bank using the provided USB cable and a compatible USB power adapter (not included). The power bank's indicator lights will show charging status.
- Insira o carregador portátil: Locate the hidden battery pocket on the heating belt. Insert the fully charged power bank into this pocket and connect it to the belt's internal USB cable.
- Ajuste a correia: Wrap the heating belt around the desired area (lower back, abdomen, etc.). Use the adjustable Velcro straps to secure it comfortably. If needed, attach the extension strap to achieve a circumference of up to 147cm (58 inches).
