Configuração e instalação

This section provides instructions for installing your Vissani window air conditioner. A window opening with a maximum width of 36 inches is required.

2. Ensure you have all necessary tools (screwdriver, measuring tape, level).
3. Choose a window that is structurally sound and can support the weight of the unit.

Etapas de instalação da janela:

1. Prepare a janela: Open the window and clean the sill area.
2. Anexe o trilho superior: Secure the top rail to the top of the air conditioner unit with screws.
3. Instalar painéis laterais: Slide the accordion side panels into the side channels of the unit.
4. Instale a unidade na janela: Carefully lift the unit and place it in the window opening, ensuring the bottom rail rests on the window sill. Tilt the unit slightly outwards to allow for proper drainage.
5. Extensível aos painéis laterais: Extend the accordion side panels to fill the window opening and secure them to the window frame with screws.
6. Secure Window: Lower the window sash behind the top rail of the unit. Install the sash lock and foam seals to prevent air leakage and provide security.

Instruções de operação

Your Vissani air conditioner can be operated using the control panel on the unit or the included remote control.

Funções do painel de controle:

• Botão ON/OFF: Pressione para ligar ou desligar a unidade.
• Botão MODE: Cycles through operating modes: Auto, Cool, Dry (Dehumidify), Fan.
• Botão VENTILADOR: Adjusts fan speed (Low, Med, High) in Fan mode. In Cool or Auto mode, it adjusts fan speed for cooling.
• Setas para aumentar/diminuir a temperatura: Ajusta a temperatura desejada.
• Modo Eco: Activates energy-saving operation. The fan will turn off when the compressor cycles off and will cycle on periodically to check room temperature.
• Botão TEMPORIZADOR: Sets a delay start or delay stop time (up to 24 hours).
• Botão de suspensão: Activates sleep mode, which gradually increases the set temperature over several hours for energy efficiency and comfort during sleep.
• Botão FILTRO: The filter clean warning light will illuminate after approximately 250 hours of operation. Press this button after cleaning the filter to reset the timer.

The remote control duplicates most functions of the control panel and adds the "I Sense" feature.

• I SENSE Button: When activated, the remote control acts as a thermostat, sensing the temperature at its location and adjusting the air conditioner's operation accordingly. This provides more precise temperature control in your immediate vicinity.
• Botão C / F: Alterna a exibição de temperatura entre Celsius e Fahrenheit.
• LED Display Button: Turns the LED display on the unit on or off.

Manutenção

Limpeza do filtro de ar:

1. Desligue e desconecte: Sempre desligue o aparelho e desconecte-o da tomada antes de limpá-lo.
2. Remover filtro: Open the front grille and carefully slide out the air filter.
3. Filtro limpo: Wash the filter with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly. For heavy dust, a vacuum cleaner can be used first.
4. Filtro seco: Allow the filter to air dry completely before reinserting. Do not expose to direct sunlight or heat.
5. Reinstalar filtro: Slide the dry filter back into its position and close the front grille.
6. Redefinir luz do filtro: Press the "FILTER" button on the control panel or remote to reset the filter clean warning light.

Recomendação: Limpe o filtro de ar a cada duas semanas ou com mais frequência se o aparelho for usado em um ambiente empoeirado.

Cleaning the Unit Casing:

• Limpe o casing com um suave, damp pano.
• Não utilize produtos químicos agressivos, abrasivos ou solventes, pois estes podem danificar a superfície.

Armazenamento de inverno:

• If storing the unit for an extended period, clean the air filter and ensure the unit is dry.
• Store the unit in an upright position in a dry, cool place.
