Configurar

  1. Desembale e inspecione: Retire cuidadosamente todos os componentes da embalagem. Inspecione-os para verificar se há danos.
  2. Instalar pernas de suporte: Attach the four support legs to the designated slots on the bottom of the main unit. Ensure they click securely into place.
  3. Insert Waste Bin and Trash Liner: Slide the waste bin into the bottom compartment of the main unit. Line the waste bin with a trash liner, ensuring the edges are smooth and facing downward.
  4. Place Odor Eliminator: Insert the odor eliminator into its designated slot, typically located at the front of the waste collection bin.
  5. Adicionar areia para gatos: Pour clumping cat litter into the globe, ensuring the litter level is between the MIN and MAX lines indicated on the litter pad.
  6. Conecte a energia: Plug the power adapter into the litter box and then into a wall outlet. The unit will perform an automatic self-check and level the litter.

The CATLINK Open-X offers both automatic and manual cleaning modes, along with smart app control.

Limpeza Automática

In automatic mode, the litter box detects when your cat uses it via built-in weight and infrared sensors. After a customizable delay (set via the app), the unit will automatically initiate a cleaning cycle, sifting waste into the sealed bin below.

Limpeza manual

To manually initiate a cleaning cycle, press the 'Clean' button on the control panel or use the CATLINK app. This is useful for immediate cleaning or if your cat prefers a manual cycle.

App Control & Features

The CATLINK app enhances your experience with remote control and detailed insights into your cat's health and litter box usage.

  • Multi-Cat Recognition (Paid Feature): Available as a one-time paid feature in the app to distinguish between multiple cats.

Solução de problemas

If you encounter any issues with your CATLINK Open-X, refer to the following common troubleshooting tips:

  • Problemas de conectividade: Ensure your device is connected to a 5GHz or 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Check your router settings and device proximity.
  • Cleaning Cycle Not Starting: Verify that the waste bin is correctly installed and the litter level is within the MIN/MAX lines. Check for any foreign objects obstructing the globe.
  • Error Lights: Refer to the user manual for specific meanings of indicator lights (e.g., white flashing for waste bin full, red flashing for motor stall).
  • Anti-Pinch Alert: If an anti-pinch alert is triggered, ensure no cat or object is interfering with the litter box's operation. Manually resolve the exception by long-pressing the 'Clean' and 'Empty' buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds.
