Install the CR2032 button battery; the device will beep indicating it is turned on. Open the Apple 'Find My' app, go to the Items tab, select 'Add New Item', then 'Other Supported Item'. When a device named 'MT' appears during the search, tap to connect and name it.
Press down on the battery cover and rotate it counterclockwise to open. Remove the old battery and insert a new standard CR2032 button cell with the positive (+) side facing up. Replace the battery cover, align the slots, and rotate clockwise to lock it securely.
If it has been more than 10 minutes since turning it on, the pairing mode may have timed out. Remove and reinstall the battery to reactivate pairing mode. If it still fails, check your iPhone's Wi-Fi/cellular connection, or perform a factory reset by removing and reinstalling the battery 5 times continuously until you hear a tone.
When your phone and the mofhiePo device are within Bluetooth range (approximately 20 meters), open the Apple 'Find My' app, select your item, and tap 'Play Sound'. The device will start beeping so you can easily locate it.
To reset the device to factory settings, remove the battery and insert it back in. Repeat this process 5 times rapidly. On the fifth insertion, the device will emit a specific sound indicating the factory reset is complete.
