Remove the earbuds from their charging case; they will automatically turn on and enter pairing mode (indicated by flashing blue and red lights). Turn on your device's Bluetooth, search for the earbud model name, and select it to connect.
Delete the Bluetooth pairing record from your phone. Take both earbuds out of the charging case and tap the touch area on each earbud 5 times. The lights will flash red and blue before powering off. Place them back into the charging case, then remove them to enter pairing mode again.
