This 2 panel bath screen is designed to be installed in either a RH fixed or LH fixed position. The images used in this document depict a LH fixed installation. If you are installing this bath screen in a RH fixed position, all aspects of the installation are identical, but are a reflection of the images shown.

Instalando o canal inferior

1. Position the bottom channel 5mm inside the outer edge bath. If the bath has an upstand, position the receiver 5mm inside of this upstand. Observação: Silicone should be allowed 24hrs to cure before fitting the glass.
2. Apply silicone to the bottom underside of the channel. Ensure bath surface is well cleaned before silicone is applied.
3. Attach the bottom channel to the bathtub surface.

• Etapa 1: Place the wall channel flush and vertically on the bottom channel. Mark the position of the channel on the wall.
  Observação: Ensure the back corner and end gets filled with silicone.
• Etapa 2: Position the wall channel to the mark, and use a level to ensure it is vertically plumb.

• Etapa 4: Secure the channel to the wall.

Observação: Packers must be installed before glass install.

1. Install the fixed glass panel. Apply silicone as required to seal and secure the glass panel into the channel. The wall channel provides a degree of inner adjustment for walls which are not vertically plumb. Packers must be used to ensure glass is level and is not in contact with the channel.
2. Install the top and bottom decorative covers.

Installing the Swing Panel (Part 1)

• Etapa 1: Working from the inside of the bath screen, install the hinges onto the fixed glass panel. The hinges are supplied with clear gaskets. These not only seal the hinge to the glass, but act as a packer to allow for optimum hinge operation.
  It is recommended to fit 2 gaskets between the hinge and the glass on the outside and on the inside.
• Etapa 2: Gently tighten the fixing onto the panel. Insert the end cap to the bottom channel.
• Etapa 3 e 4: To protect the outside edges of the glass, we recommend installing the vertical seal strip onto the fixed glass panel and the bottom drip seal onto the swing panel prior to installing the swing panel.

Installing the Swing Panel (Part 2)

• Etapa 5: Insert the fixing screws into the swing panel and tighten by hand.
• Etapa 6: Once the swing panel is positioned correctly, gently tighten the fixing screws.
• Etapa 7: Apply a small dot of silicone to the screw head and install caps onto screws.

Installing Channel Seals

Etapa 1: Apply a vertical bead of silicone to the outside of the wall channel. Continue this bead horizontally along the bottom edge of the channel only.
Carefully trowel this bead to finish. Allow 24 hours to cure before showering.

• Apply undiluted white vinegar to affected areas using a spray bottle.

Cuidados com componentes e vedações

• Metal Frames and Hinges: Limpar com anúncioamp cloth regularly to prevent corrosion. Dry thoroughly after cleaning. Avoid acidic or abrasive cleaners that can damage the finish.
• Rubber Seals and Gaskets: Clean using mild soap and water. Check for wear or mold regularly and replace as needed.
