Starting Guide v3.4

This is an abridged setup guide for Orchestrate Lite. For additional details refer to the Orchestrate Lite deployment guide for step-by-step details and examples.

Software e configuração ScreenBeam necessários files

Requisitos do sistema

• Sistema Operacional: Windows 10/11 Pro/Edu/Ent (64 bits) ou superior ou Chrome OS 81.0.4044.103 ou posterior
• Processador (professor): Intel Core i5 de 10ª geração ou equivalente/superior da AMD
• Processador (estudante): Intel Core i3 de 10ª geração ou equivalente/superior da AMD
• Wi-Fi: Intel WiFi6 série AX ou superior
• MEMÓRIA: Professor – 8 GB (ou mais), Aluno – 4 GB (ou mais)
• Disco rígido: 64 GB (ou mais)

Observação: CMSE is optional but is recommended if managing multiple ScreenBeam receivers

Procedimento de implantação via MDM

Prepare o receptor ScreenBeam.

1. Atualize o firmware do receptor SB1000EDUG2 para a versão 11.2.19.0 ou posterior.
2. Log into the receiver’s Local Management Page, Features tab and enable Orchestrate Lite

Para dispositivos Windows (Intune ou outro MDM)
Note: Separate extension installation policies are required for teachers and students

1. Register Orchestrate Windows Assistant app with your AAD tenant
2. Using your MDM, create policies to install the O8 Windows Assistant app with the appropriate Command-Line arguments for your configuration.

• MODO_LEVE
  • Opções: NÃO (padrão), SIM (deve ser definido como SIM)
    • NÃO – O modo Orchestrate Lite não será ativado.
    • SIM – O modo Orchestrate Lite será ativado.
• EXT_BROWSER
  • Alvo web navegador para instalar a extensão Orchestrate
    • EDGE – Microsoft Edge
    • CHROME – Google Chrome
• PAPEL
  • Opções: PROFESSOR (padrão), ALUNO
    • PROFESSOR – O dispositivo de destino será configurado para ser usado como professor.
    • ALUNO – O dispositivo de destino será configurado para uso como aluno.

Por exemploampPor exemplo, a seguinte sequência de caracteres seria usada para ativar o modo Orchestrate Lite, definir os dispositivos de destino como "Aluno", instalar a extensão no Microsoft Edge e fixá-la na barra de ferramentas. Observe que cada opção é separada por um espaço e a ordem não importa.

Para dispositivos ChromeOS (Google Workspace)

Detailed Setup Procedure

Configuring Google Admin
Acesso do cliente à API

1. Log into Google Admin (admin.google.com) with a G Suite account.
2. Go to Admin Console > Security > Access and Data control > API Controls > Domain wide delegation >
   Manage Domain Wide Delegation. Or click este link.
   
3. Clique em Adicionar novo e a caixa Adicionar um novo ID de cliente será exibida.
   
4. Insira um ID de cliente no campo ID do Cliente. O ID do cliente é fornecido pelo desenvolvedor do aplicativo/software.
   ID do cliente para a extensão Orchestrate:

5. Copiar e colar escopos OAuth
   ● email, profile, openid, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/classroom.courses.readonly,
   https://www.googleapis.com/auth/classroom.rosters.readonly
6. Clique em Autorizar. O cliente da API está autorizado a acessar os dados dos usuários.
   

Gerenciando usuários no painel de administração do Google
Para adicionar um novo usuário, siga este procedimento:
1. Log into Google Admin (admin.google.com) with a G Suite account.
2. Go to Admin Console > Users. Or click este link.
3. Click Add new user and the Adicionar novo usuário box appears. Fill in the required fields and click ADICIONAR NOVO USUÁRIO para adicionar um novo usuário.

Para gerenciar unidades organizacionais, siga este procedimento:
1. Log into Google Admin (admin.google.com) with a G Suite account.
2. Go to Admin Console > Users > Manage Organizational Units. Or click este link.
3. Click the yellow + sign to add a new unit or select a unit name and add a subsidiary unit (the +msign), move this unit (the right arrow), edit, or delete the unit.

Para transferir um usuário para outra unidade, siga este procedimento:
1. Log into Google Admin (admin.google.com) with a G Suite account.
2. Go to Admin Console > Users. Or click este link.
3. Select one or more users, then select More > Change organizational unit.

Gerenciando a extensão Orchestrate e o aplicativo do Chrome
To add extension and app to Google Admin, follow this procedure:
1. Log into Google Admin (admin.google.com) with a G Suite account.
2. Go to Admin Console > Devices > Chrome > Apps & extensions. Or click este link.
3. Select an organizational unit on the left pane.
4. Click the yellow + sign at the bottom right corner and then select the Add Chrome app or Extension by ID opção

5. The Add Chrome app or Extension by ID box appears. Enter the ID of the Orchestrate Extension in the Extension ID box, then select From a custom URL e insira o personalizado URL. Clique em Salvar.

6. Add the Policy for the Extension (ID – bdgflbkkgedengcnmmbijghkpdpdlkfb)
This configures the Extension to use the Classroom Commander Server as both the source for rostering information and for class session discovery.
Select the extension and the Extension setup panel appears on the right. Copy and paste the below JSON configuration then click Salvar no canto superior direito.

7. Force install the extension onto the user devices by selecting Force Install + pin
